MAVRYNE privacy policy

1. Controller and scope

MAVRYNE is published by VALKERYS, the trading name of Adrien Pierre François LECLERCQ, Entrepreneur individuel (EI). This policy describes the current operation of the MAVRYNE application and mavryne.com website.

2. Business content kept locally

Folders, reports, text remarks, original and annotated photos, cropped details, voice notes, dictated text, PDFs, ZIP files and other exports generated by MAVRYNE remain in the application’s local storage. Checks and export generation also take place locally.

This business content is not sent to the access service or VALKERYS servers. Sharing with an app, recipient or service through system facilities occurs only at your request and is not a transfer to VALKERYS.

3. Identity and authentication

MAVRYNE uses Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In to verify your access identity. The MAVRYNE service receives the identity token needed for verification. Application code does not retain the raw token after validation and does not retain your name or email address.

The service retains a technical MAVRYNE identifier, the Apple or Google provider and its stable identifier. They are used to recognise the account, prevent repeated use of the free trial, manage sessions and control application access.

4. Free trial and sessions

The 14-day free trial is associated with the access identity. The service retains its start and end dates and whether it has already been used.

Technical session information is retained to maintain and secure access, including session identifiers and expiry, revocation and last-use dates. Renewal secrets are not stored in clear text by the application code.

5. Subscriptions and RevenueCat

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. MAVRYNE uses RevenueCat to display offerings, make purchases, restore purchases and verify access rights.

Before sign-in, RevenueCat may use an initial identifier generated by its SDK. After authentication, the technical MAVRYNE identifier is used as the App User ID and may be associated with subscription status, receipts and necessary purchase information. MAVRYNE does not explicitly send RevenueCat a name, email address, phone number or IDFA. Automatic RevenueCat device identifier collection is disabled. No business content is sent to RevenueCat.

6. Dictation

Dictation uses the system speech-recognition service. Depending on the device and your settings, speech may be processed by Apple, Google or the configured provider. This system processing is not collection by VALKERYS. Recognised text then remains in the local remark.

7. Recipients and hosting

Identity and session data required by the access service is processed by VALKERYS and its Render hosting infrastructure. Apple and Google provide authentication and Store services; RevenueCat provides subscription and access-right services. Each processes data for its service under its own obligations.

8. Retention and deletion

Business content remains on the device until deleted in MAVRYNE, application data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to possible system backups.

Identity, trial, session and access data is retained as long as necessary to provide, secure and manage the service and meet applicable obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised when no longer required, subject to legal obligations. Apple, Google and RevenueCat apply their own retention periods.

9. Advertising, analytics and website

The app contains no advertising, advertising SDK or identified audience analytics tool. It does not use IDFA, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking has been identified.

The mavryne.com website has no account or form. A visit sends Render the technical information required to deliver the page, including the IP address and request characteristics.

10. Your rights

For data processed by VALKERYS, you may request access, rectification where applicable, deletion, restriction or objection where those rights apply by using contact@valkerys.com · 01 78 52 33 56. Reasonable identity verification may be requested.

VALKERYS cannot view or return business content that never left your device.

11. Policy changes

This policy may change if MAVRYNE’s features, providers or processing change. The published effective date will then be updated.
