Data deletion

1. Local data

Folders, reports, remarks, original or annotated photos, cropped details, voice notes, dictated text, PDFs, ZIP files and other exports are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to the MAVRYNE backend.

2. Deleting local data

You can delete a report or folder and its associated items using the controls available in MAVRYNE. To delete all local data, clear the application data in device settings where available, or uninstall MAVRYNE. A system backup may retain a copy depending on your settings and the backup provider.

Do not send us folders, photos, audio or exports to request local deletion: VALKERYS does not hold them.

3. Access identity and deletion request

MAVRYNE retains a technical identity required for Apple or Google authentication, trial uniqueness, sessions and access-right checks.

To request deletion of access data held by VALKERYS, write to contact@valkerys.com with the subject “MAVRYNE data deletion request”. Provide only the information required to identify the request. VALKERYS may reasonably verify your identity and will then process the request under applicable obligations. Deletion is not represented as instant or automatic.

4. Subscriptions and third-party services

Deleting MAVRYNE data or the application does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it through the Store where it was purchased.

Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain purchase information under their own obligations. VALKERYS cannot directly delete Store account data or information a provider must legally retain.

5. User-selected sharing

If you shared an export with an app, recipient or storage service of your choice, contact that recipient to delete its copy. VALKERYS does not control it.
